Cllr Dean Mulligan

My name is Dean Mulligan, I am a social care worker from Rivervalley in Swords, Co Dublin, where I have lived all my life. As a newly elected councillor to Fingal County Councillor representing the Swords ward. I will continue to campaign inside and outside of the council for fairness and equality and against polices that are detrimental to my community. I cannot do this alone, I am delighted to work alongside Dublin MEP Clare Daly.  I personally believe “our problems won’t be solved by those who created them”.

I will be proactive in my criticism, critique and support when appropriate of the various policies, motions and issues put forward in the council.
